Please read these terms and conditions before using this website, by listing your vehicle you signify YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE. Camperswap.com reserves the right to amend, remove, or add to these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Such modifications shall be effective immediately.

Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable

You are prohibited from the site if you post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage unlawful conduct.

Camperswap.com Services:

1. Is only responsible for publishing listings on its website.
2. It relies on the honesty, integrity and responsibility of the listing parties
3. It does not verify the existence or content of any vechal listed nor does it guarantee an exchange of any kind
4. It is not responsible for the accuracy, content, or availability of information accessed or linked to through use of this service or the actions of its members.
5. Members and users of Camperswap.com services take total responsibility for any and all agreements reached through use of the site.

Password and ID

You will be allocated a password and user ID on listing. It should be included in all correspondence with Camperswap. You must not disclose your password to a third party either intentionally or through carelessness. You must notify Camperswap immediately if you become aware that your password or user id has been compromised or that there has been unauthorised use of your account

Members may not use any content from this site for any solicitations, or commercial use. Data mining of information from this site and collecting or storing personal information about members is prohibited and any violation will be subject to U.K. laws.

If you sell your vehicle and buy another please contact info@camperswap.com and we will transfer your listing for free.

Right of Member to terminate

Members may terminate their listing at any time by contacting info@camperswap.com No refunds will be given when members terminate their subscription.

General

The agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom
If any provision of the Agreement is invalid void or unenforceable, all other provisions will be separately enforceable and will continue to be of force and effect without regard to the invalid, void or unenforceable provision.

Code of Conduct

As a user of this site, you agree.

1. I will accurately describe my vehicle when offering a swap, rental or for sale in all Camperswap correspondence. Please include Year of construction, make, model, number of wheels, length, and general condition of interior and exterior. Any photographs must be of the unit offered. Omissions of relevant descriptions may be considered the same as inaccurate description and subject the member to removal from the site.
2. I will only post one vehicle per listing.
3. I will not use the site or my listing to offer other vehicles once contact is made with our members.
4. I will leave our vehicle in a clean sanitary condition for my exchange partner.
5. I will treat other members and their property with courtesy and respect. I will my exchange partners vehicle and belongings, as I would treat my own, and expect them to do the same. I will leave their vehicle in as good or better condition than I found it.
6. I will notify my exchange partner or renter of any damage and offer to replace, repair or pay for same
7. I will honour all obligations I make relative to the exchange, rental or sale. Cancelling or otherwise changing the dates of the exchange will only be under the most compelling circumstances. Understanding that my exchange partner has made plans and reservations based on my commitment to the exchange.
8. I understand that my exchange may require that I take into account cultural and language differences and act accordingly.
9. I will not provide false or misleading information
10. I will not use the web site to violate any law.
11. I will not upload or transmit any files that contain viruses, corrupted files, Trojan horses, malicious code or any other similar software or programs that may harm the operation of another’s computer or gain otherwise unauthorised access to the computer
